libisocodes1 software package provides access of iso-codes data and translations, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libisocodes1
libisocodes1 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libisocodes1 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libisocodes1 *
You will get with libisocodes1 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
